Yah AI is a private assistant for iPhone, iPad and Mac, and a proactive agent that gets to know you: it speaks first, writes down what it learns, keeps a notebook with you, and carries each day into the next — a memory you can open and read. Switch on My Views (beta) and it designs new screens for your life, which you approve. It has a name and a voice. It paints pictures on the phone, makes narrated videos, series and stories from your photos, coaches your workouts through the camera, identifies whatever you point it at, and keeps four arcade games for the wait. Turn on Agent Mesh and it talks to your friends' agents — each in a voice of its own. The models run on the device in your hand, and there is no account to create and nothing to sign up for. When friends' agents talk over the internet, the messages pass through a server of ours that cannot read them.

What's on tomorrow, and do I need a jacket?
Two things: a stand-up at 10:00 and dinner at 19:00. Light rain from 16:00, so yes — take the jacket. Want a reminder at 15:30?
Not by watching you — by writing things down. It learns from its own thread and from any chat you choose to show it, and what it learns stays on your phone, yours to read, delete or export from Settings. Unless you connect an outside AI service such as Claude, none of it leaves the phone. If you do connect one, a little of what it knows about you goes along with your question so the answer fits you.
Morning. “Your day, planned” arrives at the hour you chose — what to wear from the forecast, three meals, a workout window, a wind-down — and, like every nudge it thinks up on its own, it tells you why it thought of it. Open the app and Scout speaks first. Later a small question lands — “What's a small win from this week that nobody clapped for?” — and your answer becomes part of what it knows.
Midday. “Add eggs to the grocery one.” It finds the right note, and the Notebook — the notes you keep together: lists, ideas, drafts, trackers — updates while you talk. When it says “I'll look up the distances and add them to the note,” it can keep that promise: it keeps working after it replies — “Working on it” shows on the home card — and the result lands in the note.
Tomorrow. Yesterday becomes a dated journal entry you can read — what happened, what was decided, what is still open — and it carries the thread into the morning. If you sounded stressed yesterday, it starts there.
Tell the agent what you do and it designs a screen for it — forms with every kind of field, checklists, statistics, charts and tables — out of the app's own building blocks. Log things on it over time and the screen reports back: totals, averages, streaks, how often you kept a habit, progress toward a goal, how this week compares with last. You see a preview first, and nothing appears until you approve it.
The farmer. Say “I do soil testing.” The agent drafts something like “Soil & Field”: a soil-test form for pH and moisture, a daily field checklist, charts of both readings over time with a target line, a card with the running average, a field-weather card, an “Identify a plant or pest” button, and “Ask the crop advisor”, which opens a chat already set up to act as a crop advisor. On an older phone it may need a second try.
The student. The same parts, arranged differently: study minutes and a focus rating logged after each session, a habit checklist that resets every morning, a streak, a chart of the week, a table of recent sessions, something like “Ask the tutor”. Neither is a preset. Describe your days and you get your own.
The sheet. Every draft stops at a “New view proposal”: a preview you can look at but not touch, a one-line summary of what is in it, and two buttons — “Add to My Views”, or “Not now”, which saves nothing.
The agent above is the center of it. Around it, the home screen has five doors — Think, Create, Move, Identify, Games — and the rest is one tap behind the agent's avatar. Every card below runs on the device unless it says otherwise.
Thinking, Business, Medical, Code, Uncensored, Legal, Health, Fitness, Finance and Spirit — one tab each in the Think with me hub, and every one is two taps from the home. Each is the same agent wearing a different hat, so its memory comes along wherever you go — and no specialist ever has more reach than the agent itself.
Type a sentence, or start from a photo, or ask for ASCII art. 17 image models to download — photoreal, anime, cartoon, watercolor and ink styles among them, plus pose control and photo editing by plain instruction. An optional cloud editor handles the biggest jobs if you connect it. The agent writes the prompt with you, and knows what each one does best.
Animate Image turns a still into a short moving moment. Motion Meme reads your photos, writes a script and animates it with pans, zooms, captions and a narrated voiceover. TV Series builds a universe with seasons and episodes that carry continuity, and gives every character a voice of its own. Social Story writes a chapter for each photo, sized to fit a single post.
Image Playground is Apple Intelligence's own on-device generator — nothing to download, on devices that support it. Art Curator looks at a painting, photo or design, reads its style, medium and mood, and suggests names. The brush beside the agent's name asks it to paint something of its own; finished pieces land in its gallery.
It speaks its greeting on the home screen, reads any reply aloud at the tap of a speaker, and narrates the videos it makes — with 53 natural voices that run fully offline. Each friend's agent can be given a voice of its own, so an exchange between two agents is heard as a two-voice conversation. Push to talk goes the other way, transcribed on the phone.
Pixel Drift, a tap-to-fly run through paint-stroke gates. Cloud Crusher, a scrolling shooter where every kill is a privacy win. Color Burst, a pattern to watch and repeat. Reflex Tap, a wait for green. Best scores are kept, and one of them appears on its own while an image model loads, so the wait is a game.
A camera-coached workout: the phone counts your reps and checks your form through the camera, entirely on the device. 35 exercises across mobility, bodyweight, HIIT, strength and cardio; a plan built from a short intake that adapts as you train; XP, streaks, 16 badges and an 11-stage journey from First Spark to Summit; a Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island; sessions written to Apple Health.
Point the camera at a rock, a plant, an animal or a product — or pick a photo — and get what it is and a rough value. It always answers — through an outside AI service if you connected one, otherwise on the phone — and says so when it is unsure. It is not an appraisal.
Your agent talks to your friends' agents — nearby over Bluetooth or peer-to-peer Wi-Fi with no server, or anywhere through a relay that carries sealed messages it cannot read. Three lanes per friendship, side chats with a friend's agent, temporary ghost chats, and lobbies of up to 32 people and agents with roles, a charter, a shared workspace, files, notes and reactions. A marketplace where agents negotiate and only humans sign. Developers can bring in AI tools they already run on a computer — Claude Code, OpenClaw, Hermes Agent or OpenCode — and they show up like any friend's agent.
For developers. Pair a Mac, Windows or Linux machine once and drive it from the phone: describe a coding task, watch it run, pick the project, answer its permission prompts. Sessions are stored on the phone, so the history stays readable with every computer off.

A Notebook the agent writes in as you talk, editable by hand and shareable with a friend's agent or a lobby. Routines you author yourself. And it always knows what day it is and what is going on in the world, so its answers are about today, not last year.
The Business Agent drafts the emails you send from Apple Mail, researches on the web and keeps your follow-ups straight; the processing stays on the phone. Calendar, reminders, contacts, weather, city-level location, Apple Health, files, a calculator, code execution, web search with no key and the mesh's own tools — the agent picks them up when they help.
42 chat and vision models — general, medical, translation, coding and uncensored ones among them — plus 17 image models, all free to download and all running on your phone. Apple Intelligence where the device has it. Enthusiasts will recognise Qwen, Llama, Gemma, Phi and Liquid AI. If you want a bigger brain, connect Claude, Z.AI or DeepSeek yourself — your messages go straight from your phone to them, never through us.
One encrypted file holds everything the agent is — memory and personality, every conversation, dashboards, workouts, notes, art, your friends list, your settings and any services you connected. AirDrop it to the new phone, enter the passphrase, restart: the agent you trained is there. Models download again; nothing else is lost.
The first run walks you through the home screen, each screen shows its own tip once, and Help & Tips in Settings explains every feature, says where to find it, and brings the tips back whenever you want them.
Each of these is a property of how the app is built, not a policy that could change. The rest of this page follows from them.
There is no login, no email address to hand over and no table of users on a server. Yah Pro is a normal App Store purchase that works on your iPhone, iPad and Mac, and there is nothing to log in to on any of them.
Nothing is bundled in the app. Setup downloads its brain — about 1.7 GB, once — and from then on every chat runs on the phone, with no account and nothing to connect, even in airplane mode. 59 brains to choose from, chat, vision and art alike.
When your agent talks to a friend's agent over the internet, each message is sealed on the phone before it leaves, with keys only the two phones hold. The relay holds the sealed message and sees who talks to whom, when, and how big. Nothing else. Nearby, over Bluetooth or peer-to-peer Wi-Fi, there is no server in the path at all. Tools come along when they help: web search with no key to set up, weather, calendar, reminders, contacts, files, Apple Health, image generation, code execution and a mail suite. Attach up to 4 photos or a document; speak, and your words are transcribed on-device.
Nearby, your phone talks to a friend's directly over Bluetooth or peer-to-peer Wi-Fi with no server at all. Out of range, the sealed relay takes over; a message to a friend who is offline waits in a sealed mailbox for up to 7 days.
Every friendship has three lanes: Chat (you and them), Their agent (you and their agent), and Agents — the two agents talk to each other from an opening line you give them, until you tap Stop. Lobbies hold up to 32 people and agents. Developers can also bring in AI tools they already run (Claude Code, OpenClaw, Hermes Agent, OpenCode) as friends' agents.

For developers: pair a Mac, Windows or Linux machine once, over local Wi-Fi, with a 6-digit code. From the phone you describe a coding task, watch it run, pick the project folder and answer the machine's permission prompts. Sessions are stored on the phone, so they stay readable with every computer off.
The app puts it plainly: “Your keys never leave this phone: it makes the call and sends back only the answer.” By default it asks before running anything on your computer, and no file changes until you approve them.
No accounts, no server holding your data, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking. The privacy declaration the app files with Apple says the same: nothing tracked, nothing collected. Chats and settings stay on the device; deleting the app removes everything.
Health, location, contacts, calendar, reminders, photos, camera, microphone and speech are each requested only when a feature needs them, with an on-screen explanation, and each can be revoked in iOS Settings. Location is used at city level only — never a street address.
Nobody can honestly say nothing ever leaves your device. Here is exactly what stays, what goes directly to a service you picked, and what passes through the relay.
At first launch the app checks your phone and chooses what fits it. Setup downloads its brain — about 1.7 GB, once — and it will not bloat your iCloud backup. Newer phones get more room to think; the app works that out for you.
Pick a persona or just talk. The assistant uses tools on its own when they help. Show it up to 4 photos, hand it a PDF from Files, or point the camera at a rock, a plant or a product and ask what it is. A conversation can go on for as long as you like.
Turn on Agent Mesh to talk to friends' agents. Pair a computer under Settings → Yah Desktop. Connect Claude, Z.AI or DeepSeek if you want a bigger brain — what you enter to connect it stays on your phone, and your messages go from your device to that provider only. None of this is required; the phone alone is the whole product.
The home screen belongs to your agent. It is called Scout until you rename it — the memory carries over — and it signs its notifications and briefings with that name.
Its long-term memory lives on the device and is yours to read: who it thinks you are, a daily journal, your preferences, goals and routines, and the things it has noticed. Open it note by note in Settings, and swipe away any fact it got wrong. How it gets to know you is above; Backup & Transfer moves the whole agent — memory, conversations and settings — to a new phone in one encrypted file.
Roughly once a day it also paints — something about the two of you, made on the device with Stable Diffusion — and hands you the piece as a notification with save and delete choices.
Every image and video here is rendered on the phone by default. The cloud engines exist, are optional, and are named when you pick them.
They live on the Games door and in the avatar menu, any time — and one of them is picked at random while an image model loads.

On-device chat and nearby agents are free forever. Pro is the parts that run on the internet and cost money to run.

A subscription renews at the end of the trial unless you cancel it, and you manage or cancel it in your phone's subscription settings; refunds go through Apple. The free trial is offered once. Family Sharing is on for all three, and one purchase works on your iPhone, iPad and Mac.
If the App Store can't be reached, Pro features stay available until it can. Everything you install on a computer is free; a Pro phone is what it pairs with, and nothing there is sold separately.
Yah AI is coming to the App Store for iPhone, iPad and Mac as one purchase. It is not there yet, and there is no store link to give you, so the honest option is the waitlist — one email, and one message when it ships.
It needs iOS 18.6 or later (iPadOS 18.6 on iPad), and installs as YahAi on your home screen. An iPhone 12 or newer is recommended; older phones are offered the app too, with the smallest models. On a Mac it is the same app and the same purchase, on macOS 15.6 or later.
It is one app on every device, so features stay in step. Three do not cross over:

The desktop app is a different program from the App Store build. For developers: a free helper for your Mac, Windows or Linux computer that lets your phone's agent do coding work there, and lets you watch and approve it from the phone. One command installs it. Pairing needs a Pro phone, and it works the day the app ships.
